Meet Kerrie

With a background in workplace wellbeing and mental health training, I bring a unique perspective to leadership development. My work focuses on equipping managers with the skills to lead people effectively while creating cultures where individuals can thrive.

I hold an MBA and have worked with organisations to develop leaders who can balance performance, wellbeing and sustainable success. Working with organisations, HR teams and leadership development programmes to deliver practical leadership training that improves both performance and workplace culture.

I love to work with people. As a trainer, it is the best part of the job!
